Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with Hoosit.co.uk, it is deemed you have read, understood and accepted our Terms and Conditions.

Payment will be via debit or credit card through our online payment facility. All payments are due upon receipt. If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any items purchased. If no payment is received, no items will be shipped.

Upon payment we will require your payment details, address and telephone number. Your address and telephone number will be passed onto the supplier and the delivery company but will not willingly be given to any other third party. By providing us with an email address we are able to send an order confirmation to you.

If a product is found to be sold out following your purchase, we will notify you immediately and offer a full refund or exchange for another product.  We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion and will not be liable to you or any third party in doing so.

All delivery details can be found on the individual product pages before check out. As we use different suppliers, delivery terms will vary.

If an order is made for more than one product, it does not mean the products will arrive together. Our products are provided by different suppliers, items may be posted separately and delivery charges and times may vary.

Shipping will be paid for by the buyer in the amount agreed upon by the seller at the time of purchase. If an item is lost during shipping, the total cost of item, including shipping, will be refunded to the buyer by the seller. Shipping costs may double if shipping internationally. If an item is damaged during shipping, seller will not be held responsible.

Refund/Return Policy

As a valued customer we want you to be happy with what you’ve ordered. Please make sure spelling/dates for personalising are correct as personalised products can NOT be returned/exchanged unless they are found to be defective in materials or construction, or the personalisation is in error on our part. We are not liable for mistakes made on the customers’ part.

We are happy to accommodate returns/exchanges on full priced items but sale items are non-returnable.

If you receive an item that is different to what was described, or that is clearly in worse condition than indicated, please contact us to report the defect or damage within 14 days. If an item is damaged during shipping, a replacement item will be sent free of charge.

Return delivery charges will be refunded at the original cost and only when an entire delivery has been returned. If you are returning items, this is done at your own cost and you are responsible for the item until it is in receipt at the return address. We advise you to obtain a proof of postage.

Goods which have been damaged following receipt and therefore whilst in your possession may not be returned. This includes wear and tear, deliberate or accidental damage, negligence, failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions, misuse or alteration or repair of the product without the manufacturer’s approval.

Buyer must take into account the description of the item before requesting a refund. If the item matches the description by the seller and the buyer is unsatisfied, seller is not responsible for refund.

Exchanges are granted on a case-by-case basis.

An item may be cancelled up until payment has been processed. Once payment has been processed, the buyer is responsible for payment.

Any complaints may be sent to: info@hoosit.co.uk or 07972492755. Although we will do our utmost there is no guarantee of a resolution, each case will be looked at individually.

The seller is not responsible for any health or safety concerns once the buyer has received the item. If any harm is incurred from the items purchased by the buyer, the seller shares no responsibility.
